Locations

Our villas are spread across three neighbouring villages in Livatho. Each has its own identity, yet they all belong to the same landscape of olive groves, quiet roads, fertile valleys, and nearby beaches that has shaped life in this part of Kefalonia for generations.

This is one of the island’s most established regions, where village life continues alongside the changing seasons and the landscape remains closely connected to the people who live here. Everything is within easy reach. Family-run tavernas, village bakeries, cafés, local shops, and some of Kefalonia’s most beautiful beaches are all just a few minutes away, while the quiet roads connecting the villages invite you to explore the area without rushing.

Lakithra
Built on a hillside overlooking the Bay of Argostoli, Lakithra is one of the oldest villages in Livatho. Stone houses, quiet streets, gardens, and sweeping views towards the Ionian Sea give the village a character that has remained remarkably unchanged. A village bakery, local cafés, traditional tavernas, and small everyday shops are all within walking distance, making Lakithra easy to enjoy. From here, some of the island's best beaches, Argostoli, and the airport are all just a short drive away.
Svoronata
Svoronata stretches gently towards the coastline, where quiet roads lead to some of Kefalonia's most beautiful sandy beaches, including Ai Helis, Ammes, and Avithos. The village combines the ease of everyday life with the openness of the surrounding countryside. Family-run tavernas, cafés, mini markets, and local services are all close by, while close the sea. It is a place that invites guests to leave the car behind, slow down, and enjoy the simple pleasures of summer on the island.
Sarlata
Small and quietly tucked among olive groves, Sarlata offers a different side of Kefalonia. Life here remains closely connected to the land, with cultivated fields, old stone houses, and narrow village roads shaping the landscape. Although peaceful, the village is only a few minutes from nearby beaches, local tavernas, and neighbouring villages. It is an ideal setting for guests looking for privacy while staying close to the everyday life of Livatho.
