About Us

Our story began in 2001, when our grandfather, Charalampos, our father, Dionysis, and our aunt, Iro, came together to create the first four guest houses. While Charalampos and Dionysis brought their experience as civil engineers, Iro contributed her background in hospitality and management, helping shape the way we welcome our guests and care for each home to this day.

From the very beginning, this project was born from a desire to share the part of Kefalonia we call home. Each house was designed to reflect the character of its location and the landscape that surrounds it.

Long before it became the name of our homes, Kyma & Eros (Wave & Love) was the name of our great-grandfather’s boat. It belonged to a man whose love for the sea and his homeland left a lasting mark on our family. His generosity, kindness, and respect for others continue to guide the way we welcome our guests today.

More than twenty-five years later, we continue to care for these homes with the same sensitivity and responsibility that inspired the very first one. It is a way of working that has remained unchanged, shaped by the place, the people, and the family who continue to look after it.
