Villa Haris

Located in Svoronata, Villa Haris is part of a small complex of four homes, enjoying a peaceful setting where the countryside meets the coastline. Surrounded by gardens and open views, it offers both privacy and easy access to some of the area’s most beautiful beaches.

Arranged over three levels, the villa provides generous indoor and outdoor spaces for families and groups travelling together. The ground floor brings together a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable sitting room, and guest WC. A private internal courtyard extends the living areas of the villa. Partially shaded for most of the day and with its own entrance, it functions as a second outdoor living space, suitable for dining, relaxing, or informal gatherings. It also accommodates activities such as table tennis, naturally connecting indoor and outdoor life.

Outside, spacious gardens, open lawns, and a large swimming pool create a setting designed for long summer days. Comfortable seating areas and a barbecue invite guests to gather outdoors, while views towards the Ionian Sea reinforce the sense of openness that characterises the property.

Svoronata is one of the most accessible villages in Livatho, combining countryside tranquillity with close proximity to the sea.
